Your name, email address and message are stored in our private enquiry inbox so our team can respond. If provided, we also store your company, service interest and budget. Our team receives email and Telegram bot notifications containing your enquiry details through our configured email provider (Resend) and Telegram. Please don’t include sensitive personal information. Contact Armen using the details on this website to request access, correction or deletion.
After you allow analytics, we assign a random session identifier and record page and section views, service, phone and other button clicks, and active viewing time. A new session starts after one hour of inactivity. We also record approximate country/city, device type, operating system, browser and language. We do not store your raw IP, full browser agent or form contents in events. If you submit an enquiry, its session is linked to the email you provide; this does not verify the visitor’s identity. Analytics is available only to administrators. You can withdraw permission in Cookie preferences.
We remember your analytics preference in your browser. An essential, secure session cookie is used only for the administration area. Declining analytics does not prevent you from using the website or contacting us.
We keep enquiries while handling your request and any resulting business relationship. The site administrator can permanently remove enquiries from the inbox when they are no longer needed.
When you send an enquiry, we save website/browser language, approximate country/city, device details and active viewing time before submission. If you allowed analytics, the enquiry is linked to the current session, and an administrator can view activity before submission and the full session. Other sessions are not automatically joined by email. Enquiries still work without analytics permission, but no session or click history is attached. Your chosen language is stored in an essential preference cookie.
